PSC is a 51-acre commercial development with 640,000 s.f. of commercial space, adjacent to the Golden State Freeway. Planned in 3 phases, the project includes retail shops, a cinema complex, restaurants and a hotel, and a parking garage in addition to surface parking. TGP has designed all of the perimeter landscape, in addition to the parking lots and interiors of the open-air shopping paseos.
