The Pacstar Condos on Elm Drive in Beverly Hills is a 30-unit development – four stories over two levels of parking. The landscape design reflects the contemporary-styled architecture with rectilinear forms in the planters and paving, exposed poured-in-place concrete planter walls, and plantings in massings of different plant varieties. An interior courtyard has a fountain as a focal point for several sitting areas for residents. All of the units have private patios.
