The landscape for this Mediterranean-styled villa is designed to enhance the Mediterranean feel of the estate with a plant palette that includes: lavender, rosemary, roses, boxwood, Italian Cypress and Olive trees, and citrus trees in pots on the pool deck. Many large, existing trees such as oaks, magnolia, birch and ash, were retained to give the estate an established, mature feeling.

The hardscape design maximizes the estate feeling of the property by utilizing every area of the site. Pathways meander through lush gardens along the north and south property lines. A putting green with artificial turf and a drought-tolerant landscape occupy the north-east corner of the property, behind the pool house.
